HTML Filings: With EDGARsuite™, you can easily create SEC filings in HTML - the most common filing format at this time.

ASCII Filings: EDGARsuite™ also lets you easily create ASCII filings. The SEC still requires some form types to be submitted in ASCII format.

XBRL Filings: EDGARsuite™ provides start-to-finish support for filing in XBRL - the new filing format mandated to be phased in by the SEC.

EDGARLink Online

EDGARsuite includes capability to automatically and rapidly assemble an SEC EDGAR filing including all required attachment files. These include EDGAR HTML files, the XBRL exhibits which make up the instance document, graphics attachments, SEC Correspondence, etc.

EDGARsuite™ automates and simplifies the assembly and submission of SEC filings

The vanilla solution for assembling and submitting SEC filings is EDGARLink Online, where you go to the SEC's OnlineForms website, fill in data for your filing, and attach all required files individually. You have to re-enter the data each time you submit a filing, be very careful specially if servicing multiple filers, and reattach your files all over again if something changes. Attaching an extra file, or accidentally omitting a required file invalidates your filing, requiring you to repeat the process.

On the other hand, EDGARsuite™ includes an advanced EDGAR assembly and submission module, EDGARpack™, that automatically assembles all your EDGARized files, exhibits, images, XBRL attachments, furnished PDF files, etc. into the completed filing with minimal effort.
