What's included in the download?The download includes the complete EDGARsuite™ software and documentation for end-users and network users. You may select the type of license when you buy the software. How does the downloading work?When you click the download link we give you, your browser asks you if you wish to Open the file or Save it to your disk. If you choose Open, the file is downloaded to your computer and installation starts immediately. If you choose Save, the file is saved on your computer in a directory of your choice; you may run this file at a later time to install the software.
Are there any limitations in the downloaded software?The download gives you the complete and fully functional EDGARsuite™ software except that it starts in the trial mode. In this mode, it introduces spelling and numeric inaccuracies into the converted file, but otherwise operates like the unrestricted version. So you can see how the software works and evaluate the accuracy of the conversion. You can even do an EDGARLink validation and test filing, since the spelling and numeric inaccuracies do not matter. Once you purchase the software, this limitation is removed. How can I instantly purchase the downloaded copy?To purchase the software, all you have to do is pay for it.
