Rendering XBRL filings with EDGARxbrl™ XBRL filings are submitted in computer-readable XML format that by itself does not produce a user-friendly display of the filing. These filings, when viewed on the SEC website, are displayed by an XBRL viewer which renders the filings in a formatted visual form. EDGARxbrl™ automatically produces the linkbases required by the viewer to render your filing, and includes them as part of the submission. EDGARxbrl™ can produce a rendered (formatted) version of your XBRL filing so that you may visualize it locally prior to submission, saving you the time and effort of having to submit a filing simply to view it. Further, EDGARxbrl™ can create an EDGAR-valid rendered HTML version of the financials in your XBRL filing if needed for inclusion into the HTML portion of your filing. In addition, consolidated filing proofs created by EDGARsuite™ include rendered versions of the XBRL filing, resulting in a professional and easy-to-review proof of the entire filing in a single document. |
