How do I buy online?

I want to buy your software online, but see no place on your web site for the credit card number.

To buy online, you should first download the software and install it at no charge. Then run the installed product, which starts in the trial mode. To buy it, click "Purchase" in the installed software, then click "Online Purchase" and enter your registration details and credit card number. You may also opt to have the software CD sent to you. Your information is encrypted before it is sent to our server, and there is no security compromise. Your software then becomes fully functional in a few seconds. At that time you also receive a registration key which you should keep in a safe place. If you ever need to reinstall the software, the same key will work.

I've downloaded your software, but I'd rather give you my credit card number over the phone.

You may call with your credit card number 8 am to 6 pm Eastern U.S. time, and we will immediately give you a key code. In the installed software, click "Purchase", then "Manual Purchase" and enter this key there. Your software will instantly be fully functional. You should keep your registration key in a safe place. If you ever need to reinstall the software, the same key will work.

I want to buy your software on CD (not by download).

You may do so by sending us a check or credit card details. We then ship you the software on CD.


ReInstallation / Lost Registration Key

I bought your software some time back, but forgot to back up the original download. Now my hard disk crashed and I need to reinstall the software. What do I do?

If you are within the one-year support period, you may download and reinstall the software from our web site. In the installed product, click "Purchase", then "Manual Purchase" and enter the registration key which you received when you bought the software.

I need to reinstall your software, but can't find my registration key. What do I do?

There is no guarantee that we can replace a lost registration key. However, we will try to locate your original purchase record and give you the key in about one working day. There is a $15 charge for this service.


Changing computers

I've downloaded and tried your software. I want to buy it, but need the purchased copy on a different computer, not this one. What do I do?

Redownload the software to the desired machine (or use your original downloaded file), and install the software there. Then, in the installed software, click "Purchase", and proceed with an online or manual purchase.

I've bought and used your software on one computer, but now need to move it to a different machine. What do I do?

The license agreement lets you install one purchased copy on one machine. You should first uninstall the software from the old machine, then install the software on the new machine (using your original install file). Then, in the installed software, click "Purchase", then "Manual Purchase" and enter the key you received when you bought the software.


Updates

How often is your software updated, and are the updates free?

As we continue to improve our software, we periodically release updates. Updates and ample tech support are free for a full year from date of purchase or paid update. After that, you may continue to use your latest revision without paying anything more. but you will no longer have free updates and tech support. Or, you may upgrade for a nominal price within 6 months after the 1-year period has expired, getting you another year of free updates and ample tech support. Click here for more information.
