   Automatic Handling of R Tags The SEC may require R tags in your HTML or ASCII filing to indicate revisions (e.g., in amendments). Due to stringent SEC requirements, insertion of these tags by hand is cumbersone, painstaking and error-prone, and improper R-tags invalidate the entire filing.
