EDGARizing Order Minimum: $150. If in NY state, please add 8% sales tax.

The above prices include complete conversion of your documents to well-formatted EDGAR (HTML or ASCII) as well as minor touch-up if any is needed1. By using highly specialized software to EDGARize your filing documents, we maintain high accuracy and rapid turn-around at very low cost to you. And if within 30 days of this service you decide to purchase the Ultimate SEC Filer's Package, we credit 50% of the conversion charge towards the purchase.
