The lowest cost option is to purchase only EDGARwiz™ ($1695), which converts all types of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. to EDGAR-valid HTML files, and extracts images into JPG or GIF files. You can then submit these files to EDGAR manually using the free SEC-supplied EDGARLink Online. -
We strongly recommend adding EDGARword™ ($395) which lets you easily clean up Word documents for proper EDGARization, ensures accurate representation of page numbering and other document features, and provides many other useful functions. -
HTML files produced by EDGARwiz™ do not normally require any touch-up. However, if you'd like the ability to edit these files, you may add the EDGAR-valid HTML editor/word-processor, EDGARstar™ ($1295). If you already have a favorite HTML editor or are comfortable editing HTML manually, you can skip this. -
If you'd like the ability to automatically assemble and submit the complete filing (including exhibits, images, furnished documents, etc.), you should add EDGARpack™ ($695). This greatly simplifies the assembly and submission process compared to the SEC-supplied EDGARLink Online. It is also much faster, and avoids errors caused by incorrect attachments. -
If you're new to SEC filings, you should add the CD-based SEC Filings Basic Course ($149). If you're already comfortable with the filing process, you can skip this. ASCII-only Filings -

You need EDGARxbrl™, ($2995), which does everything required to create the XSD and XML attachments constituting your XBRL filing. You can then submit these files to EDGAR along with your HTML filing, using the free SEC-supplied EDGARLink Online. -
If you are required to "detailed tag", you should add EDGARword™ ($395) which works with EDGARxbrl™ and lets you embed detailed tagging into your Word documents. EDGARword™ is also useful for cleaning up the formatting of text blocks in Word documents. -

Corporate Financial filings such as 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1, etc. need to be filed in HTML and XBRL. For such filings, you should get the complete EDGARsuite™ package ($4495), which includes all the software modules described above at a cost-effective package price which is much lower than pricing individual modules. -
